Plot Overview
Jon rescues a stray dog from the highway after it nearly causes a major accident, and against Getraer's warnings, keeps it around the precinct until it's owner can be found. A trio of surfers with a grudge against Ponch sabotage Jon's bike by mistake, and Ponch must save Jon from a high-speed wipeout. Also, a speeding female driver turns out to be a woman rushing her husband, who has suffered a heart attack, to the hospital.
