Plot Overview

A car accident causes a chlorine gas leak that lands Jon in the hospital after he inhales some of the gas. Ponch stops a reckless driver involved in a car chase, a one-time juvenile delinquent who files a brutality complaint against the officer for a black eye, and everyone's certain that the young man is lying, but how do they prove it? The officers also have to evacuate an entire neighborhood after another accident causes another chemical spill and formation of lethal gas.
