Plot Overview
While pursuing two cars involved in a chase, Grossman takes a serious spill on his bike and is injured. Jon mistakes the one driver who remained at the scene as a drunk driver, when he is in fact hearing-impaired, which leads the driver to file a complaint against the officer. Ponch becomes smitten with the fetching young representative for the complainant, who is deaf herself, and he goes about learning sign language to impress her.
