Plot Overview
Annabeth finds evidence linking Detective Veeder to Kellie's murder, and she also seeks to prove that Veeder was pimping out girls who were staying at his wife's youth shelter and also using the shelter to launder money. After he's found guilty of murder, Veeder offers up his accomplice, which throws a loop to both Annabeth and Conlon...Pete Durkin, Conlon's campaign manager!
