Plot Overview
Prosecuting the case of a man accused of fatally shooting his overbearing mother-in-law, Annabeth finds herself squaring off in court against her nemesis, Doug Hellman, who's out to put the possibility that the wife could have easily been the killer, and he's willing to point to her undergoing psychiatric treatment and use of antidepressants as part of her motivation. When the team looks into the seemingly clean husband's background, they're shocked to discover that he was having an affair...with the woman he killed!
