Plot Overview
A prominent doctor's wife is murdered in what appears to be an apparent burglary. He's certain that a juvenile delinquent whom his wife was helping in a troubled youth program is the killer, and the young man is arrested. When inconsistencies turn up in the doctor's relating of events, Annabeth takes a closer look at the couple's apparently happy marriage and discovers that the grieving doctor had plenty of motive for murder..
