Plot Overview
The date is May 10, 1983...a young suburban housewife is killed when a bomb concealed in a box of Gleen detergent blows up in her face. Her widowed husband's fiancee pays a visit to Lilly, begging her to find closure for his daughter, who witnessed the horrifying incident. Both the fiancee and the daughter are certain who the killer is--a convicted sex offender who exposed himself to the dead woman and is now in prison for other sex charges, a man who just happens to have experience with explosives. While he does seem to be a viable suspect, Lilly soon focuses on two other men, who both have knowledge of explosives, the husband's co-worker in the fire department, who showed romantic interest in her, and the husband himself.
