  • The ashtray from "Father's Day" can be seen on the floor of Deborah's room, the three teens huddled around it.
  • The closing theme is replaced by one of Regina's songs during the credits.

Behind the Scenes

Allusions and References

  • With the story being about a popular pop star, the title, and possibly Regina herself, is likely a play on Beyoncé, who is often referred to as "Queen B" by her fans.
  • The episode serves as an allusion to The Outer Limits (1963) episode ZZZZZ, which also featured a woman named Regina who turned out to be a giant insect in disguise.
  • The hospital where Regina has her child is named Haddonfield Myers. This is a reference to the Halloween films, as the antagonist throughout the films is Michael Myers, and the majority of the films are set in the fictional town of Haddonfield, Illinois.
