Plot Overview
A drunken reporter from Chicago, one of Torello's closest friends, arrives in town, ostensibly to have a good time, but he fails to tell Mike of the big story he's working on. He's found dead in a phone booth, shortly after calling Mike to tell him that he was in danger. He was working on a story about drug trafficking, specifically Luca's plans to smuggle brown heroin from Mexico and white heroin from China, with the help of rogue military officer Dance. The episode ends with Torello subpoenaing both Luca and Dance to appear in a Federal hearing in Washington.
