Plot Overview
When a man is arrested with a prostitute bound and gagged in the trunk of his car, Da Vinci suspects the possibility that he's guilty of something more serious.
Meanwhile, Morris and Shannon look into the death of man found electrocuted.

Happenings
- A man named Larry Williams is found with a prostitute bound and gagged and beaten in the back of his truck and arrested.
- His truck is impounded and forensics looks it over.
- Homicide looks at Williams as a suspect in the missing prostitutes case.
- Williams keeps his wife is in the dark about his behaviour. However, she finds a laundry list of items in shirt pocket. Despite this, when Homicide questions her, she remains in denial.
- Williams is released. As part of his conditions, he's to make no contact with sex workers and to see an appointed psychiatrist.
- Detective Marlowe trails Williams.
- After a couple of sessions, the psychiatrist begins to fear that not only has Williams killed, but that he will do so again.
