Plot Overview
Dominic is called to the strange scene of a man found hanged off a bridge.
Rose and Leo investigate the findings of a mummified infant.
Dominic is suspicious when Kurtz and Jacobs simultaneously stall the Roy Cardinale case.

Happenings
- A man is found hanging from the Burrard Bridge, barefoot and with stones in his pockets. Despite efforts to remove any ID, he is later identified and was the president of a bank in Edmonton. He was in Vancouver to see his lawyer, Richard Norton, and might have been tangentially involved in a money laundering operation.
- Gloria is suffering from guilt over the Roy Cardinale incident, which the two accompanying officers tell Dino. Kosmo later warns her to get ahead of it. She tells Dino that they should all get their stories straight.
- Maria is called to meet Chief Jacobs who tells her that the autopsy doesn't provide enough to convince the Crown of bringing homicide charges. She reexamines the x-rays and notice missing molars suggests a concussion and could help a homicide case.
- Kurtz urges Mick and Kosmo to turn the Cardinale case over to Internal.
- Finn interviews Kosmo about Sue in regards to Zinn and his girlfriend, as well as Brian. He asks her to arrange for her to talk to him.
- Dominic has Mick and Kosmo give Dunne the number for Phil Rosen.
- The mayor evades Dominic.
- Brian arranges for a user named Murph to confirm the story that he heard Sue say she wanted to kill Danny Zero.
- Dominic confronts
