Plot Overview
Dominic and Zack look into a car accident while Mick and Leo investigate the murder of a woman in a penthouse.
Meanwhile, Kosmo tries to find something to tie Alex Mills into Queenie's death.

Happenings
- Helen attempts to find the women who had the tubal ligation procedures done on them. She finds the doctor, Wyman, performed the operation on 20 aboriginal women under 18 in the mid-80s. 14 are now dead.
- Dominic gets Kelley to sign off on an inquiry, allowing him to subpoena Doctor Wyman and get his testimony.
- Sue brings it to Kosmo that Mills's wife suddenly disappeared a couple of years ago. Kosmo finds Mills reported her and that she was a hooker. A witness gave a Missing Persons detective a statement about them having a welfare scam going on. It went sour when he wanted to bring a new girl into. His wife didn't like it and went missing after threatening to expose the scam. They used different addresses and Kosmo checks out the one the witness gives her and sees a new cement floor has been put in.
