Dallas (2012)/Characters
The 2012 version of Dallas returns to the wealthy Texas oil and ranching family, the Ewings, originally the center of the 1978-1991 series of the same name.

Ewing family and relatives
The series began to unfold two decades after the original series ended, as the core of the shattered Ewing family - most notably estranged brothers J.R. and Bobby - was reunited on the family estate, Southfork Ranch, to celebrate the wedding of Bobby's son Christopher.
