Dumb and Dumber is an animated children's comedy program. It was based on the Jim Carrey-starring film Dumb and Dumber. It was also the last broadcast network Saturday morning program made by the Hanna-Barbera studio.

Harry and Lloyd continue to bumble their way through madcap adventures accompanied by Kitty, a purple beaver who turns out to be the smart member of this group.

Craig McCracken, who was working as art director on Dexter's Laboratory and would go on to greater glory creating The Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, was a character designer for this series.
