Plot Overview

Dr. Morgenstern returns to work after his heart attack, but he has a hard time getting back into the swing of things; when Benton has to leave work early to drive a sick Reese to his mother's workplace, Corday joins him and the three of them get involved in a car accident which injures a woman; Jeanie learns some bad news about Scott's cancer; Anna treats a pregnant woman suffering from severe morning sickness; Carter watches his over his cousin, Chase who now has brain damage after his drug overdose; Carol learns that a teenage girl has been having an affair with her married high school teacher; Ross comes to a decision about his future at County.
