Plot Overview
The ER staff jumps into action after a helicopter crashes from the hospital roof and into the ambulance bay, injuring many people and killing Romano; before the accident, Romano files a complaint against Pratt and catches Morris smoking weed that belonged to a patient with glaucoma; Susan's ex-husband, Chuck is injured during the accident, but Abby and Neela help treat him; Abby cares for a woman with HIV-positive who has been trying to get pregnant; Alex invites Luka to spend Thanksgiving dinner with him and Sam.
