Plot Overview
One day at work, Peter uses the executive restroom and sees its lavish furnishings. He becomes motivated to do well at work so he can become an executive. While trying to impress Angela, he accidentally blows up a children's hospital, which results in many deaths. Nonetheless, Angela is impressed enough to recommend Peter for an opening ... until she is informed by the Pawtucket Patriot Brewery's human resources department that Peter had not finished the third grade. Peter is literally sent back to elementary school.
At school, Peter acts like a child, insulting other students and his teacher, and acting like a know-it-all. However, when he enters the spelling bee, he somehow wins by spelling the word "lesbians" correctly. Peter is allowed to graduate from the third grade
Back at the brewery, Peter goes to apply for the executive's position, but Angela tells him he is being arrested in connection with the hospital explosion. A judge sentences him to prison ... for just one week (with his release set for 9 p.m. next Sunday).
Subplot
Brian and Frank Sinatra Jr. perform at the Quahog Cabana Club, but their big band act is clearly a throwback of the past and few people are interested. Hoping to rejuvenate the nightclub, they buy the building and — on Stewie's recommendation — transform the club into a modern nightclub called the pLace. Brian and Frank initially feel out of place with the establishment's younger clientile, but they get into the club life and have a great time. Then, Andy Dick shows up to perform, scaring everyone away.
