Double Jeopardy is the seventeenth episode of the fifth season of Highlander, and the one hundred third episode overall.
The episode is actually from Season 4, which is when it was produced and aired in Europe as such. However, it was withheld a year in the U.S., but is included in its original order for the DVD set.

Plot Overview
Duncan is reunited with Agent Delaney when the French police contacts him for a series of crimes in the same profile as Xavier St. Cloud. Duncan dismisses the significance, knowing Xavier is dead, but takes interest when he realises the criminal is Xavier's protege.
