Plot Overview

The search for a serial rapist known as "Big Foot" intensifies once his crimes escalate to murder. Hunter and McCall are joined on the case by another pair of detectives, Navarro and O'Hearn. McCall has another situation on her hands...while aiding vice cops in a sting operation, she arrested a prominent and well-connected Superior Court judge for soliciting prostitution, and the D.A.'s office and Commander Cain are putting pressure on her to drop the case. Devane is certain that Cain acted improperly in the matter and sets out to prove it. Navarro's marriage suffers because of his job, and his wife throws him out of their house. The rapist turns out to be a realtor who sold McCall her house and has a spare key. which he uses to gain entry into her house. Hunter also tries to help a teenage prostitute who claims to have witnessed the murder of her friend at what appears to be a Satanic ritual.
