KRDK-TV is an American local station. Licenced to Valley City, North Dakota, it broadcasts to the Fargo/Grand Forks area, where it shares a studio with local NBC affiliate KVLY-TV. Major Market Broadcasting owns the station, which is affiliated with classic TV network Cozi TV, regional news/sports network BEK Prime and MyNetworkTV operating on digital channel 38 (and displaying as virtual channel 4, the station's former analog channel, on digital tuners). It is operated by KVLY owner Gray Television under a local marketing agreement with KVLY.
