KTVA is an American local station in Anchorage, Alaska. Denali Media owns the station which carries programming from the diginet Rewind TV.

KTVA signed on in 1953 as a CBS affiliate and remained with them until July 2020. At that time, Gray Communications acquired KTVA's non-license assets and moved CBS to KYES/channel 5 (now KAUU) which they acquired under a "failing station" waiver so they could form a duopoly with NBC affiliate KTUU/channel 2. KTVA subsequently went silent in 2021. It returned a year later carrying the diginet Rewind TV.
