Leland McKenzie is resigning as Senior Partner of L.A. Law firm, he'll stay on as of counsel. They'll take over as the next Senior Partner. Rosalind Shays, Douglas Brackman, and Stuart Markowitz are running for Senior Partner in the election. Rosalind Shays is elected the next Senior Partner, becoming the first woman to be in charge of L.A. Law firm in Los Angeles. Victor Sifuentes is representing the defendant Dr. Michael Dayan in the wrongful death of a patient Warren Parral who been diagnosed with AIDS and faces the lawsuit.
- Carl Lumbly as Earl Williams as a Literature Professor has granted a full free and pardon and dismissed by Judge Roberta Harbin for the murder of Nina Corry he didn't commit. All because the witness name is Ronald "Pinto" Sewell, he confessed to being testify and he explained that from the police and the district attorney Margaret Flanagan. He was reunited with his wife Jackie, his two children Janine and Earl, Jr. And his mother Alberta. Earl is coming home. Thanks, Michael Kuzak. Kuzak gives thanks to Jonathan Rollins.
