Plot Overview
A paroled embezzler builds a bomb and goes on a mysterious mission. Ballinger, working with the bomb squad, correctly guesses that the man is after the judge in his case, whom he felt sentenced him too harshly. The judge is in the hospital recovering from a major operation, and Ballinger must force the bomber to tell just where in the hospital the bomb is hidden...the bomber collapses and goes comatose before he can tell where the bomb is planted, but he does tell Ballinger that the device will go off at 11 O'clock...and the time is 10:50!
