Plot Overview
A father, his daughter, and another man are the only survivors of a mysterious plague that coincided with the crash landing of an alien. With the town quarantined by this alien, the men are convinced that it is the cause, but the little girl believes the creature means no harm.

Behind the Scenes
- F. Paul Wilson envisioned the final scene to take outside in the snow. It was changed due to the show's low budget and restrictions to limited sets. Wilson published the script, which includes this ending in his book The Barrens and Others.
