Ned and Stacey is a sitcom that aired on FOX. Ned was a successful executive who was informed that in order to secure the promotion he wanted, he needed to be a family man; Stacey needed a better place to live. They happen to meet and realize that they could easily fill each other's needs, entering into a marriage of convenience.
Though the show only lasted two seasons and never really made a splash, some of its alumni went on to bigger careers elsewhere, such as star Debra Messing, who later became a title character in Will & Grace; or writer/producer Charlie Kaufman, who went on to write acclaimed films like Being John Malkovich and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
