Plot Overview
Owen Elliot, first seen in The Guardian, returns. Using information he was formerly responsible for guarding, he had leaked information about an assassination that Division committed in Chile. Owen hopes that with the leak, Division will call in a scientist known only as The Engineer to work on security of the black box.
