Plot Overview
Division receives intelligence on a target of personal interest to Michael, Kasim Tariq, the terrorist who killed Michael's family, is going to be in Uzbekistan. The political situation doesn't allow Division to arrange a mission, so Percy grants Michael a 48 hour administrative leave. When Michael arrives in Uzbekistan, Nikita meets him there to help.
