Goofs

• During the scene transition during the first act, the footage shows someone looking directly into the camera.

• The dragons grab the good dragon outside, but it cuts to Venus reacting as if she can see it.

• As the turtles get their weapons to rescue Raphael, his sais are there despite him having them last we saw him. Then when this montage ends, his sais are gone.

• When the turtles get to their vehicle to rescue Raphael, it's clearly Raphael's arm seen flipping the switch.
