Captain Hook was once the captain of a crew of pirates in the magical land of the Enchanted Forest. His real name is Killian Jones, but he gained the nickname Hook after he lost his right hand in a duel with Rumplestiltskin and then had it replaced with a sharp metal fishing hook. When Queen Regina unleashed an evil curse on the entire realm, most of the land was destroyed and its inhabitants transported to a land without magic. However, Captain Hook was among a group of people in a secluded part of the land which went untouched by Regina's curse. He is played by Colin O'Donoghue and has appeared in forty-four episodes to date.
