Oobi is a children's show that aired on Noggin. The show uses bare hand puppets. Its first season was a set of two-minute shorts that played in between other shows. For the second and third seasons, the episodes were lengthened to 10-13 minutes each. These longer episodes were aired in pairs to fill half-hour timeslots.
