Power Pro Wrestling was an American professional wrestling program which aired in first-run syndication. It was one of two syndicated programs produced and distributed by the Mid-South Wrestling Association (until March 1986) and its successor, the Universal Wrestling Federation, through its parent company Mid-South Sports Inc. (the other being Mid-South Wrestling, later renamed UWF Wrestling) until April 1987, when National Wrestling Alliance member Jim Crockett Promotions took over production and syndication following JCP's purchase of the UWF.

Power Pro Wrestling ended in December 1987 when JCP dissolved the UWF and assimilated its syndication network, replacing both UWF Wrestling and Power Pro Wrestling with JCP programs World Wide Wrestling and NWA Pro Wrestling.

The Mid-South/UWF program archive, including Power Pro Wrestling, was mostly purchased by World Wrestling Entertainment in 2012 for its WWE Libraries collection (with the exception of Mid-South/UWF matches that were taped for Houston Wrestling, whose archive is now owned by the estate of Houston wrestling promoter Paul Boesch).
