Gemma, twin sister of Gem, is portrayed by Li Ming Hu. She is Ranger Operator Series Silver and controls the eighth Zord, Tiger Jet.

- Gemma is only the second Ranger in the history of the show to be listed as Silver, and the first of which to be female. However, there have been other silver colored Rangers: Titanium Ranger, Lunar Wolf Ranger, Nova Ranger and Mercury Ranger.
- Gemma, along with her brother Gem, make up the first confirmed set of Ranger twins. Andros & Karone and Madison & Vida were both assumed to be twins, but not enough information was given about either of their ages. However, two other Rangers did have confirmed non-Ranger twins: Conner and Theo.
- Gemma's death was reminiscent of the one Kendrix had. The only real difference was that since the R.P.M. powers are technology based, Dr. K was able to remove her from the grid manually. Since the Quasar Sabers were the source of the Galaxy Rangers' powers, Kendrix had to wait until wait until they were placed back in the stone before she would reappear.
