Pilot is the first episode of the first season of Royal Pains. Dr. Hank Lawson is a doctor who, through a bad stroke of luck, lets an important patient die, leaving him to be fired and essentially blackballed from working at any other hospital. His brother Evan Lawson convinces him to go to a party in the Hamptons, where he saves a girl's life. Then, multiple wealthy people request his services as a concierge doctor.
