Sanford and Son is a sitcom that aired on NBC. The series is a remake of the British series Steptoe and Son, where father and son own a junkyard. The show had one spinoff during its run with the short-lived Grady and after the original series run, the network tried to continue with Sanford Arms and later Sanford.
