Plot Overview
Believing that the death of an old friend, a debt-ridden Japanese businessman, to be murder and not the result of ritualistic suicide, Sarge digs around and discovers that the dead man was trying to buy underwater salvage equipment on credit. Further investigation reveals that he had an interest in locating a submarine he captained in World War II, a sub he was aboard that sank and was falsely accused of abandoning before it was destroyed.
