Plot Overview
Father Cavanaugh intervenes when a former parishioner, who was recently paroled from prison, harasses his former wife, who has since remarried, in an attempt to win her back. He suspects that the man will either outright try to kill her new husband or force him into a situation where the parolee will have a claim for self-defense.
