Plot Overview
The Janitor decides that JD needs a nickname and spends a good chunk of the episode trying to think of something appropriate. Whiny Dancer is a personal favorite, though he ends up with 'Scooter' because he hates scooter pies.
Elliot bonds with a stressed young woman named Jill Tracy that drives Dr. Cox absolutely crazy. The two share a few sorority girl moments until Elliot realizes that the woman is exhausted from giving everything to her friends. She stands up to Cox and admits Jill for some rest. Dr Cox seethes, but knows at heart that Elliot is doing the right thing.
JD and Carla reach a turning point in their relationship as JD's medical knowledge finally starts to grow past hers. Carla takes it well, but it leaves her feeling a bit insecure inside and when JD gets angry at her for sticking up for him in front of Dr. Cox it threatens to end their friendship. After finally blowing up at an art show they had planned to attend together Carla heads home in the rain.
Turk finds a new spot to eat his lunch, unaware that Dr. Kelso has long since claimed it as his personal spot. Unwilling to give up his sanctuary Turk engages in a battle of wills with Kelso and eventually winds up the victor.
