Plot Overview

Mr. Penny Builds Her Dream House

Shin can't find his bare-ass Godzilla detachable ass, because Penny is holding it hostage. If Shin wants it back, he'll have to play house with Penny. However, this time Penny reverses things and makes herself the abusive man of the house. When Shin can't cut it as a housewife, Penny finds ways to lure the other kindergarteners to her frightening game.

Blowing Me Softly

After a rock-paper-scissors game featuring much more detailed animation, Hiro wins and sticks Mitzi with the task of blow-drying Hima's hair, which according to Mitzi is like "drying a hyena." Shin says it's because the blow-dryer looks like a gun. Shin tries to help out, and Hiro wants a burger so he wants to be done with this chore quicker.

Action Bastard Extravaganza Special! Lucky Bastard Fever! Episode 1: Rise of the Pecker

Lollipop recalls her memories of her old boyfriend Philippe (he's presumed to be Lollipop's father in the original Japanese Version judging by the scenes and not the FUNimation dialouge), who returned to France and never showed his face again. It turns out Philippe is now known as the villain The Flying Pecker, and lives with a horde of chicken dressed henchmen in the world's last functioning zeppelin, where he answers to his master: a talking hand. The master introduces his latest invention, arachno-bots, which are tiny spiders with the ability to control whatever they touch. The Pecker unleashes them on an unsuspecting city, where Bruce Bastard (Action Bastard's real identity) and Lollipop just happen to be. Bruce can't allow this to happen, and activates his slot belt to turn into Action Bastard, now with Lucky Bastard Fever! Bastard now must do battle with the mighty Pecker, and his own sidekick Lollipop, who is being controlled by an arachno-bot.
