Basic Information
Emily Lehman is a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent: Crisis Negotiator based in the FBI Los Angeles Field Office of the Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG) specifically with the Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU)). Lehman is partnered with Matt Flannery in the CNU of the CIRG of the FBI (and they have more than a professional relationship).
Character History
Lehman was born in Albany, New York and received a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University. After she acquired an undergraduate degree, Lehman attended Princeton University, where she picked up a Masters in Psychology, and then a PhD in Criminal Psychology/Forensic Psychology. Lehman then attended the FBI Academy. With the FBI, Flannery has attended the Linguistics, Handwriting Analysis, Polygraph School and has received certification: 1) FBI National Negotiation Certification, 2) FBI Ethics Certification, & 3) FBI Advanced Criminology Certification. Lehman began her FBI career with the Phoenix Field Office, in the Criminal Investigative Division.
Lehman has received one award with the FBI, the FBI Quality Service Award.
