Plot Overview
The X301 Interceptor is introduced; a hybrid aircraft made from two Goa'uld death gliders. During a test flight, Jack and Teal'c are left to the mercy of a recall device installed by Apophis that is directing the vessel back to Apophis. An attempt to slingshot them around Jupiter, they fire the motors on their missiles. This fails. After contacting the Tok'ra, they're told that they have a scout ship on a nearby planet that might able to assist them. The ship is found to be in the possession of Major Carter's father and they leave as quickly as possible to rescue Jack and Teal'c. They arrive just in time to rescue them using the ring transporters.
