Plot Overview
After a councilwoman is killed trying to prevent a mugging, Murphy and his team go to work pursuing a trio of punks targeting elderly citizens. They must find a bag lady who witnessed the fatal attack, who just happens to be an old-time movie star that Frank admired when he was younger.
