Plot Overview
While Superboy allows himself to be arrested for Lana's murder, Puck reluctantly helps Verrell's plan to send the city into madness.

Happenings
- Superboy complies with the investigation and agrees to let himself being arrested. However, Lana was only given a concoction to appear dead and Verrell paid off the coroner to lie about the results.
- When Verrell's TVs cause the entirety of Capital City to go insane, Superboy escapes and destroys them all.
- Superboy learns that Puck wasn't actually given an actual antidote. He informs Puck of this and after killing Verrell, Puck implies that he is going to get the real antidote and continue his old ways, free due to his pardon.
