Plot Overview
Jo visits the Schwartz family where she helps out Steve & Cathy with their four daughters: 6-year-old Samantha, 4-year-old Amanda, 3-year-old Katelyn and 1-year-old Emily. With both parents working full-time, Cathy's sister, Donna helps look after the girls.
There's no discipline in the house, the mornings are chaotic with Cathy struggling to get Samantha & Amanda to school on time and Katelyn still isn't potty trained yet; Cathy is concerned that her daughters consider Donna to be more of a mother than she is.
When Jo implements a structured routine and techniques for the family, Donna becomes resistant to them. Can Jo help the Schwartz family out with their daughters and convince Donna to give her techniques a chance?
