Plot Overview
In the 1940s, an old miser holds the IOUs of every family in town. Each Halloween, he gives the townsfolk a chance to relieve their debts by sending their children into his house to find them, terrifying them for his own twisted delight. On this particular Halloween however, the miser finds himself the victim of real things that go bump in the night.
