Ginny and Ryan discuss Justin and then she meets Ashley. Ruby arrives to talk to Peter. Elena tells Jeannie she is applying for the waitress job. After Ashley leaves the office Ginny tells Ryan to be careful of Ashley and where her loyalties lie. Ruby tells Peter that he should replace Elena with Rikki. Elena gets the job and then calls Joe to tell him. Ashley gives Ryan the recommendation that Justin gave to her. Ruby tells Peter that she is Rikki's manager and he agrees to have Rikki sing, then Ruby leaves when Paige gets up and Peter tells Paige she won't have to put up with Dennis once he is in prison. Ginny tells Justin to leave Kate alone and sell his shares of the ranch to Kate but he says no. Elliot talks to Paige about Dennis and asks why she wanted Dennis' behavior to happen at the Club. Nita tells Ruby that she and Billy Joe are getting a divorce. Joe tells Elena to be careful and then Gus Perkins comes into the diner. Ashley tells Justin that she has done as he wished to prevent him from going to jail but that Bubba should be punished. Justin tells her that he will get rid of Bubba and shut the well down himself in a few weeks since it is Max's oil. Ryan meets with Jake Collins who says he can start on the survey tomorrow morning and have the results tomorrow night. Elliot tells Paige he thinks she is trying to degrade herself but she is not going to get rid of him as easily as she did Dennis. Gus tells Jeannie and Helen that his good buddy Butch was killed in an auto accident. Nita tells Ruby that she and Rikki are just friends and she loves Billy Joe she just can't live with him. Then Nita leaves crying when Rikki arrives. Ryan and Ginny discuss the directional survey and Iris' desire to get rid of him. Gus hits on Elena but she tells him she has a boyfriend. Justin tells Ashley he is sure Iris will be behind him now and that Ryan's days with World Oil are numbered. Ginny tells Ryan that Reena thinks Iris will get over her anger toward him. Elena shows interest in Gus when he mentions taking another trip and then after he leaves she calls Joe to tell him that Gus was there.
