Plot Overview

Ryan and Ginny arrive to go to the Boathouse with Max and Reena. Justin tells Ashley that he is worried that Bubba will try to double cross him. Elena tells Joe she has to sing at the Coop tonight. Rikki asks Ruby if she doubts Elena was sick. Max is confident that Justin and Bubba will be in jail tomorrow night after they get the directional survey results. Bubba learns Jake Collins is doing the survey and he tells Justin not to worry. Elena tells Joe that Dennis is going to jail tomorrow and he should write the confession now but he says he can't and then she walks out. At the Boathouse, Max, Reena, Ryan and Ginny discuss Elena and Iris wanting to find Joe foster. Justin tells Ashley he feels good again and they decide to go dancing at the Boat House. Ruby tells Rikki that she would like to be his manager and is sure she can get him $500 a week to sing at the Coop. Freddie Fendor meets Bobbie Sue and then Elena arrives and Ruby tells her and Rikki of her idea to have the 2 of them alternate nights at the Coop and Elena says it sounds good to her. Max, Reena, Ginny and Ryan enjoy dancing and then Justin and Ashley arrive. Elena meets Peter and afterward tells Rikki there is something very familiar about him. Ruby tells Peter she would like to discuss something him in private. Justin insists to everyone that he isn't slant drilling and then Reena tells Ginny that something is up because Justin is too calm. Elena calls Joe and tells him she is thinking of him and then Ruby sees how happy Elena is and tells her that the deal is okay with Peter. Ashley has Justin take her home and then Ginny and Ryan dance and talk about the divorce being final soon and Reena dances with Max and tells him that she will love him forever. As Elena sings, Billy Joe yells at Ruby for making the deal with Peter and then she tells him that she is Rikki's manager. Ashley tells Justin she hates the whole mess he got into and her part in it and then Justin offers to tell Ryan the truth but she doesn't want him to go to jail. Justin tells her that no one has ever done so much for him before. Elena tells Joe that she wants him to make love to her and they kiss.
