Plot Overview

Ginny tells Ryan she has a feeling he is going to go head to head with Justin. At the Coop, Jeb and Lurleen discuss how confident Bubba and Justin were even before the survey was done and then Lacy arrives. Elliot joins Vicky and Striker at the Club and Striker tells them both that Dennis is filing for a divorce. Elena gives Paige the confession and she asks where she got it from. Paige agrees not to tell anyone that Elena was there. Striker tells Vicky and Elliot that he is not sure how Paige is taking the news of the divorce. Jeb tells Lurlene about how he met Lacy and then Elena arrives at the Coop and speaks to Lurlene and Jeb. Ryan and Ginny discuss Justin with Kate who is still concerned about him trying to drill on the ranch. Peter comes home and learns from Paige about Joe's dated today confession. Elena tells Lurlene she likes living in her apartment and Lurlene can come over to see it sometime. Then Elena leaves to call Joe and Lacy comes over and meets Lurlene. On the phone, Elena tells Joe he is doing the right thing. Paige arrives at the Club and gives Striker the signed confession. Kate tells Ginny and Ryan that she knows Judge Rayburn and he is a good dancer. Striker tells Vicky and Elliot and Paige that he can't understand why Joe would write a confession and then Paige asks him not to tell Dennis that she brought it to him but he says he really can't prevent Dennis from knowing. As Lurlene and Lacy chat Jeb stays quiet. Billy Joe asks Elena if Ruby can move in with her. Paige thanks Elliot for all of his kindness and says she's not sure what her feelings are for Dennis but she is sure the relationship is over. Ginny asks Ryan if he is avoiding Grant because of Iris so they decide to see him and Lacy soon. Lacy challenges Jeb to a mechanical bull-riding contest sometime. Elena tells Billy Joe that Ruby can't move in with her. Paige tells Peter that the police will probably use Joe to track down the man behind the drug ring. Then when Paige leave the room Peter calls Joe at the room he has been staying at and hangs up as soon as Joe answers.
