Plot Overview

Peter tells Dennis everything is set for tonight. Ruby wonders if Elena will be up to singing tomorrow night. As Joe and Elena talk, Detective Michaels arrives. Dennis finalizes the plan with Peter then heads to the Top of the World Club. Billy Joe tells Ruby not to bring up moving in with Elena again. Detective Michaels tells Elena that they are looking for Joe Foster's girlfriend. Ruby tells Billy Joe she has to move out before Nita moves back in. Then Jeb and Lacy arrive and talk to Ruby and Billy Joe. Detective Michaels leaves Elena's and she and Joe wonder what they are going to do. Dennis visits Paige at the bar in the Top of the World Club. Rikki arrives and meets Lacy Wheeler and Ruby seems a little jealous. Elena arrives and tells Billy Joe that Detective Michaels questioned her about Joe Foster. Lacy tells Jeb that he isn't the problem but it is her dad who is. As Paige and Dennis toast to the future Paige sees Peter enter with Jack Brent and drops her glass to the ground. Lacy tells Jeb that her dad is overprotective about every guy she dates and then Jeb tells her about the girl he wanted to marry that moved to Dallas and Lacy suggests he go after her. In front of Elena and Billy Joe Rikki denies to Ruby owning a blue work shirt with anchor buttons. Paige says hello to Peter and Jack. Ruby tells Elena the shirt belonged to Max not Rikki and then leaves the Coop. Rikki sings "If Loving You is Wrong I don't Want to Be Right". Dennis asks Paige who the man is with Peter and she tells him a business associate of Peter's. Lacy asks Jeb about Rikki and Jeb decides it may not be too late to let Courtney know how he feels. Rikki tells Ruby that Max didn't own a shirt like the one she described either. Jack leaves Peter's and then Dennis tells him he wants to do again but next time so Elliot can see Paige's reaction.
