Plot Overview
Nita tries to assure Paige that guests will come to the grand opening. Elliot and Dennis discuss all the VIPs that are coming. Iris wants to know how the opening will go and decides to ask Grant to go. Ginny, Ryan and the Granvilles try to figure out where Barrett and Steve are. Barrett tells Steve they are leaving town. Beau calls Ruby at Rikki's and says he wants to see his wife. Mr. Granville tells Ginny and Ryan that Barrett was spotted at the bus station planning to go to Seattle. Steve figures out the truth and accuses Barrett of trying to hurt his mom. Iris talks Grant into going to the opening of the boutique in search of a nice birthday gift for Lacey. Paige tells Nita that Billy Joe will be at the opening. Beau shows up at Rikki's and tells Ruby he wants to go to the boutique opening and then Billy Joe shows up. Beau leaves and Ruby tells Billy Joe that she invited Beau to the opening. A ranch hand tells Mrs. Granville that one of their guns is missing and he thinks Barrett took it. Barrett realizes that Steve sent a letter home and then Ryan, Ginny and John Granville arrive and Barrett pulls a gun. Ruby tells Billy Joe there is nothing between her and Beau and then Rikki comes home and isn't happy to hear of Beau going with them. Dennis tells Elliot that he is going to invite Grant to the opening. Grant asks Vivien what Iris is up to. Ryan and Barrett fight and then Barrett is overpowered and tells Steve that he loves him and he is his boy. Elliot tells Nita what he and Dennis have been up to. Dennis tells Grant that Iris is trying to ruin Paige's opening and invites him and anyone he knows to come. Ginny tells Steve how Barrett faked the letter. Vivien doesn't tell Iris what Dennis is up to. Elliot toasts Paige and her boutique. John Granville tells Ginny, Ryan and Steve that Barrett is in the hospital and he will check in on him each week. Grant calls Iris to tell her that the boutique opening is a smashing success thanks to Dennis.
