Plot Overview

Paige visits Justin and he tells her he wants to go with her when she kicks Mark Wheeler out of the penthouse. Hunt talks to Grant and recommends that Judith see a psychiatrist and says that if Judith was shocked into remembering the past she might never fully recover. Stella visits Judith and tells her she wants to hear all about the shooting. Judith tells Stella she doesn't know who she is and as Stella begins to tell her that George was more than just her daughter's friend, Ruby enters. Then as Ruby is trying to get Stella out Stella says she is sure mother-in-law and daughter-in-law would like to chat. Then Judith gets angry and accuses Ruby of waiting until she was on the hospital get Mark to marry her. Hunt tells Grant that Dr. Deborah Matthews might be a good psychiatrist for Judith to talk to and Grant mentions how Judith doesn't have any female friends. Hunt tells Grant he has Reena to thank and Grant asks him to tell Reena he will be in touch when he gets a chance. Then Mark enters and learns that Judith is doing well and may be going home soon. Ruby tells Judith that she didn't trick Mark into marrying her and that he loves her. Then Mark and Grant enter and Judith demands to know why she wasn't told and tells them to get Ruby out of her room. Then Grant tells Judith that she already knew that Mark and Ruby got married because Brette told her the day of the accident. Judith wants to remember and Grant suggests that a psychiatrist could help. Justin looks over the legal papers that Paige received via express mail this morning and Paige tells him she doesn't understand why Dennis is doing this now. Then she tells Justin she is going to have T.J. look them over before signing them but Justin says T.J. won't look after he best interests and Paige says he always has. Mark tells Ruby he could have told Judith that Stella was lying if she hadn't confirmed their marriage to Judith. Then Ruby tells him that she was so proud of their being married in New York but now everything is hush-hush and she can't deal with it but Mark walks away. Vicky meets with Hunt and Reena and asks Reena to take over with Hunt and work on the annual telethon. Then Mildred arrives and they learn she will be working with them. Elena tells Lurlene that her date with Dan went nowhere and they have nothing in common. Then Lurlene tells Elena she wishes she had asked Reena, Ginny, Brette and Paige to be bridesmaids and Elena says it isn't too late to do it. Rikki and Brette find Ruby and she tells them that Stella told Judith she and Mark got married and Judith is furious and hates her. Ruby also says Mark probably thinks marrying her is the biggest mistake of his life. Rikki and Brette try to cheer up Ruby as she tells them what happened. Then Brette and Ruby decide to teach Allison a lesson and arrange an intimate dinner for her and Cyrus Blanchard. While discussing the telethon, Mildred learns she has to solicit donations and reluctantly agrees to do so. Paige tells T.J. she would like him to look over a gift that her ex-husband is giving her of the Top of the World Club. Lurlene asks Reena to be a bridesmaid for her wedding and then asks her to put in a good word with Dan for Elena. T.J. tells Paige it looks like Dennis Carrington is giving Paige Marshall the Top of the World Club and penthouse and Paige says she knows he owns them because he is Alex Wheeler's son. Then she tells T.J. she doesn't think she will move into the penthouse. T.J. asks Paige to dinner for business and pleasure and says they've been through some tough times and would like tonight to be the start of something better and she agrees. At the Spindle Top, Ruby reserves a room for 2 for dinner tonight and then meets with Rikki. Then Dan arrives and tells Rikki they have another interview soon with the Sunday magazine where he will be featured this week. When Dan hears Reena is meeting them he doesn't mind waiting for her. Allison tells Justin that T.J. has nothing that will hold up in court. Then she tells him she is having dinner with Cyrus tonight. As Allison leaves Justin mistakenly calls her Ashley. Once outside the office Allison says she is Allison and he is going to remember that. Brette tells Mark that Ruby was crying and if she hadn't gone into Judith's room Stella might have told Judith about her affair with George and made things worse. Mark tells Brette he is just trying to make things easier on his mom but Brette tells him it is time he starts making things easier on his wife. Dan flirts with Reena as they go over plans for Rikki's big televised show at the Coop Friday night. Reena tells Dan that Elena is interested in him but he tells her he didn't get that impression from the date they had. Then Dan and Rikki leave and Ruby tells Reena that she wonders if Billy Joe knows because she thinks Elena means more to him than he lets on. Then Ruby mentions to Reena how Dan seemed interested in her. Reena asks about Judith and Ruby tells her she doubts that Judith will ever adjust to her being Mrs. Mark Wheeler. Reena tells Ruby to be patient. Then Ruby asks Reena what she is going to do about Grant and Reena says nothing because it was over as soon as Judith stepped between Grant and the bullet.
